Rotary forming machine

Studio A.S.E. implemented the design of a new forming machine for food products with electronic regulation and a drum length of 1.500 mm.

The project was about:

• the choice of new commercial components, more suitable for the intended use;
• the reshaping of the driving elements;
• the verification of the nominal speeds of function.

Since the system was intended for food production, we particularly focused on the material used to prevent the bacteria from entering and growing and to guarantee maximum compliance to applicable regulations.
