Design of special burners

Studio A.S.E. continuously works with a company operating in the thermohydraulic sector, working on the development of customer-specific special burners, starting from production models.
Each time the studio designed all the components needed for the implementation of the machine, the mechanical adapters and the links between the different parts of the system itself.
Depending on the complexity of the initial model, we use a 3D scanner or we simply measure the object; then we work on technical drawings, designing and developing the necessary modifications.

We completed all the technical drawings and all the activities needed to adapt the product to mass-production, as well as the user handbooks and the charts for spare parts management.
