Creation of the layout of a transport and storage system for closed boxes

The design studio developed the layout of a transportation and storage system for sealed boxes; the project required a particular focus on the system different parts and machines.

During this project, we designed a first commercial layout, in order to realize an estimate for the final client.

After this, Studio A.S.E. worked on different aspects of the project:

• Realization of mechanical layout, detailed and completed with all the electrical elements needed for the correct and efficient functioning of the system.
• Accurate dimensioning of the mechanical organs.
• Design of the single machines of the system.
• Specific design of all of the parts.
