Tyre transportation line

Studio A.S.E. worked on the design of a transportation roll system meant for sorting tyres with diameters up to 800 mm.
We designed the transportation entering and exiting the working and testing stations, trying to optimize the production times by minimizing the buffers needed for the continuous work at the stations.
The design was completed with the realization of the sub-groups and of the single details.
